Bruce C Community Information Virtual Livestream

Starts: - Ends:

Ontario needs nuclear power as it prepares for significant growth in electricity demand, and Bruce Power is exploring opportunities to further the role the Clean Energy Frontier region plays in powering Ontario’s growth. As part of these efforts, Bruce Power is undergoing a federal integrated Impact Assessment to evaluate the potential of adding up to 4,800 megawatts of new nuclear capacity at the Bruce Power site — a project referred to as Bruce C.

Community engagement is a key part of this process. Through all phases of the Impact Assessment, Bruce Power is committed to listening to residents, sharing information, and creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue. The feedback we have received to date demonstrates strong community confidence in the potential benefits of Bruce C, with nine out of 10 residents across the region indicating they believe the project would be good for the community. This virtual Community Information Session will provide an opportunity to further outline what Bruce Power has heard through the Impact Statement phase of the process and key upcoming milestones for the project.

Bruce Power values these conversations and look forward to providing a company update, hearing from community members, and answering questions during this virtual livestream.
